Jaco Thiart is a software engineer and teacher. He spent two years as a tutor at a coding bootcamp, has led a team of 15 engineers, and has built real products from the database to the screen: the A-Game Business platform, CatchTracker for the South African government, the Captivity and FWRD online stores, and the Burger King SA marketing competition site.
He holds a BCompt in Financial Accounting, and he builds with AI agents every day. He keeps his own written rulebook that governs how the agent works. He teaches the way he works: practical, honest about what goes wrong, and focused on shipping real software.
His aim is to tutor you until you are ready for the standard that Fortune 500 companies expect.
